• We currently deliver only within Egypt.

• Delivery times depend on product availability:

  • In-stock products: usually 3–7 business days

  • Imported or special-order products: delivery time depends on supplier availability

• Delivery times are estimates and may change due to shipping, customs, or logistical delays.

• 7. Returns and Defective Products

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective.

• Customers must notify ZoomValley within the manufacturer’s warranty period. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, power issues, or physical damage are not eligible for return or replacement.

• 8. Warranty

• All products are covered only by the official manufacturer’s warranty.

• ZoomValley does not provide any additional warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect installation.

• 9. Limitation of Liability

• ZoomValley is not responsible for business losses, data loss, network failures, or damages caused by improper use or installation of products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
